When you schedule a telehealth appointment with your provider this is a billable medical service provided virtually. All patient responsibilities apply and will need to be paid prior to the service. You have two options, paying directly through the portal or calling the office 252-237-1225 option #1 and paying over the phone.
How the appointment works: You will receive a text from your provider. When you tap on the text it will open in a video format through a secure medical service and your visit will be done virtually. Please make sure you are somewhere that you have cell service or Wi-Fi. Your provider will hold on to the appointment for 5 mins waiting for you to join before she disconnects the appointment.
The appointment time slots are an estimate of the time for the appointment and do not be concerned if she is running a little behind. Please wait until you receive the text message.
For New Patients:
